Travel Plan Process: After purchasing one of our travel planning packages, you will receive an email indicating our next steps which include:

1. An introduction form that we kindly ask you to complete as soon as possible. Preferably before our first Zoom or phone call meeting.

2. A request to book a zoom video or regular phone call with our team to gather more details and create the perfect travel plan for you. We might schedule additional meetings or request additional information via email or phone call.

3. Our team will provide you with a travel plan within 5-7 business days. 

Booking Policy:

By booking any services provided by Traveling Sola and its representatives, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Returns Policy: All bookings made with Traveling Sola are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, changes in travel plans, or dissatisfaction with services rendered.

2. No Liability: Traveling Sola and its representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience arising from, but not limited to, the following:

   • Acts of nature (e.g., natural disasters, weather conditions)
   • Acts of third parties (e.g., theft, assault)
   • Transportation issues (e.g., flight delays, cancellations)
   • Accommodation issues (e.g., overbooking, substandard conditions)
   • Health-related issues (e.g., illness, medical emergencies)
   • Personal negligence or misconduct

3. No Responsibility: Traveling Sola and its representatives shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the traveler(s) as a result of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

   • Additional accommodation, transportation, or meal expenses
   • Medical expenses or repatriation costs
   • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
   • Any other incidental or consequential expenses

4. Assumption of Risk: By booking with Traveling Sola, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel, including but not limited to:

   • Physical exertion and potential injury during activities
   • Exposure to unfamiliar environments and cultures
   • Variation in local standards of safety and hygiene

5. Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, and discharge Traveling Sola and its representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in any travel-related activities or services provided by Traveling Sola.

6. Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or emergencies during their journey. Traveling Sola shall not be responsible for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of adequate travel insurance coverage.

7. Changes to Itinerary: Traveling Sola reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodations, activities, or other travel arrangements as deemed necessary or appropriate. Travelers will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

8. Acceptance of Terms: Booking any services provided by Traveling Sola signifies your acceptance and agreement to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms before making a booking.
